We've been very grateful for the six weeks Grandma has been able to cook, bake, play, and simply be in the home while I've been at work. She was able to experience a lot--the first three Sundays of Advent, Thanksgiving, my birthday, St. Nick's Day, Michael's birthday, and the Eppsteiner Weihnachtsmarkt (photo on our way home on Sunday).As fate would have it, Michael has an a 103 degree fever this morning, so I wasn't able to bring her to the airport. Hope she gets a warm welcome upon arrival in Kentucky!
