Do you want to hear what we had, or is it boring? In case you don't recognize the platter to Patrick's right, it's the grilled halloumi cheese, dipped in sesame seeds, and eaten with fresh parsley leaves in baked pita bread. I liked how the cookbook suggested serving a bottle of chilled rosé with the meal. We don't even have a photo of the homemade chocolate mousse made from bars of bittersweet chocolate.
Let's just say, I thought it was the best meal so far.
